Cozy spot with walkable access to the Avondale, Lakeview, & Highland neighborhoods. Ari & Lisa were quick to respond to any questions. Would happily stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham.

This was my first time air bnbing. The home was located in a perfect location. Super cute neighborhood that was very walkable and safe. It was clean and very quant. I am glad I took the air bnb plunge. I could not stay in a hotel one more time.

My stay here was wonderful! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Beautiful historic home in a lovely and peaceful location. Our family enjoyed our stay! Ari and Lisa were wonderful hosts who communicated clearly and were responsive. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch, wine on the back deck and some fun laughs in the game room.

BEAUTIFUL home with lots of amenities and just all-around gorgeous property from head to toe. Spacious, warm, inviting, clean and beautiful styling all throughout. I can't recommend this property and Ari & Lisa, as hosts, enough. Very professional, friendly, and just overall could not be a better stay. If u need a place to stay in B'ham or want a GREAT place to Airbnb, u will not regret staying here! 10 PLUS stars....

Excellent stay! Hosts communicated and provided tons of information. House was very cozy, game room fun. We had a large party staying and were very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and after a long day at the ball field that was so wonderful and needed. The space was very very clean and on a nice quiet street! Will stay again when in Birmingham again!!

We loved staying at this property. Hosts had thought of everything. Communication was great. The space was comfy and had all the amenities of home. Location was close to downtown and the coolest bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend while in Birmingham. L
